The Property

Wellbank Cottage is a traditional stone built cottage south facing with a tasteful extension on the rear providing modern amenities and secluded garden to the rear. Located on Goose Green Road close to the centre of Gullane an attractive East Lothian coastal village with superb facilities.

Lounge, bright, spacious with 2 large windows and views over the front and rear gardens, fire place with living flame gas fire. TV,Playstation2 including DVD facility.

Kitchen, well equipped fitted kitchen with granite worktops. Spacious with electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other essential and luxurious appliances. 

Dining room, with garden views table and seating for six located off the kitchen.

Bathrooms, downstairs is served with a bathroom with shower over the bath. Upstairs has a well equipped shower room.

Bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin upstairs, 1 twin downstairs and sleeps 6 adults in comfort.  A child's cot is available in addition.

The house was described by one of our first guests as a tardice, we have no better description! The traditional cottage has a substantial extension on the rear which makes it very habitable and spacious while keeping the character.
